2025年4月1日（火）より、西普天間キャンパスにて新しい医学部分館が開館いたします。
本学医学部の西普天間キャンパス移転にともない、附属図書館医学部分館も移転いたします。
開館時間やサービス内容に変更がある場合は随時掲載していきます。
移転作業中においては、何かとご迷惑をおかけいたしますが、ご了承のほどをどうぞよろしくお願いします。
Medical Library will relocate to the Nishi-Futenma Campus in April 2025.

移転スケジュール／Schedule
・2025年4月1日に西普天間キャンパスの新分館が開館予定です。
・The Medical Library will be closed during the following period due to library relocation.
Library closure: from Thursday, February 13, 2025, to Monday, March 31, 2025
・New Medical Library will be open in Tuesday, April 1 2025.
移転作業期間中の医学部分館でのサービスについて／Alternative services during relocation
移転作業期間中の医学部分館における図書館サービスは、下記のとおりです。
変更がある場合は随時掲載していきます。
The services during the relocation period are as follows.
- 雑誌資料の利用休止と対象資料のILLサービス無償化について／Photocopying for journals of the Medical Library
移転作業中利用ができない医学部分館所蔵の雑誌について、学外からの文献複写取寄せ（ILL)の料金を附属図書館が負担します。
対象資料：医学部分館所蔵の雑誌（所在:雑誌室(医)）
対象者：本学に所属する全ての構成員
期間：2024年11月20日（水）～2025年3月31日（月）
申込方法：OPAC（蔵書検索）から所蔵を確認していただき、「MyLibraryログイン」からお申し込みください。
Journals of the Medical Library will not be available during the relocation. You may request photocopies from other libraries. The library will cover the cost of photocopying.
・Eligible materials： Journal materials held in Medical Library (Location:Journals(Med.))
・Eligible users： Members of our University
・Period：Nov. 20, 2024 – Mar. 31, 2025
・Application process：Log in to “My Library” and make a request.
＊Before you apply, check OPAC to be sure the material you need is owned at the Medical Library - 図書資料の長期貸出／Special Loan before the closure
休館に先立ち行っていた、医学部分館所蔵の図書の長期貸出しは終了しました。
貸出中の図書の返却は千原キャンパスの本館にお願いします。

・For return
Feb. 13, 2025 – Mar. 31, 2025 : Return items at the Main Library in Nishihara Campus.
Apr. 1, 2025 – : Return items at the New Medical Library in Nishi-Futenma.
- 電子リソースの利用
その他、インターネット上で利用可能な電子ブックや電子ジャーナル、データベースなどの電子リソースの利用についてはこれまで通り可能です。
Electronic resources remain available.
